Before cutting

- Leave enough usable cloth around every piece.
- Reposition crowded pieces before committing to a cut.
- Confirm the placement feedback is valid.
While cutting
- Follow the pattern edge instead of taking broad shortcuts.
- Slow down around tight corners and curved panels.
- Check that no required panel was skipped.
While sewing
- Keep the stitch path directly on the seam guide.
